Exchange & Return Policy

At Flex Wear PK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong size, a defective item, or an incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The product should have its original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or another suitable solution.

Items Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

• You received the wrong size.

• You received a different product from what you ordered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The product was damaged during delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We cannot accept exchanges for products that:

• Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Are missing original tags or packaging.

• Have stains, odors, or other signs of use.

• Are returned after the 7-day exchange period.

• Were damaged due to improper use or care.

Return Policy

We currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, eligible products may be exchanged according to our exchange policy.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product so our team can review your request.

Exchange Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective product, Flex Wear PK will cover the applicable exchange shipping cost.

If the exchange is requested because of a size or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Reason for exchange

• Photos/videos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Important Note

Customers are advised to carefully check the size chart before placing an order. We recommend choosing your size according to the measurements provided on our website.

Flex Wear PK reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
